I have been playing this game for years. Lately, it seems ye are the ones playing us. Fix the 😡 game, PLEASE! My version has been unable to finish the update/download/startup process! 🤷♂️ My software is up to date. I am connected to good wi-fi and mobile data. Many features cannot be played and the message is: Please wait a few seconds while your content [NEVER] loads. Let's fix this PLEASE? Update 30 Sept STILL THE SAME 😖😡 Many other are experiencing the same problems. Disappointed!

I love the game and have been playing for years. I also use My money each month to but gems etc. Lately my game freezes during the game, I loose my gems and I don't register a score. I have read many people are having this issue. I am wondering if you are going to fix this, or refund me my gems and money as I bought a faulty product?

Had smartphones since they came out, this is the worst app I have ever used. It never works properly and the customer support will do nothing. Comments on social media are completely ignored. Player satisfaction means nothing. Game keeps freezing, taking rare gems/coins spent, leaving you with nothing. Probably a scam to try and get you to spend money to compensate for your losses, I believe this because the support/technical team have been absolutely no help whatsoever. Do not recommend.

the game is so glitchy at the moment, the worst it has been in years. Keeps freezing and you lose the gem and any progress made. have tried to report it on the help system which sadly is designed not to give you any help or response at all.

I reviewed this year's ago and still I haver picked to grand prize after using a rare gem in the game. can you tell me if you are ever meant to pick it. what a joke Why is it I can never win 500,000 coins when picking a symbol at end of the games? You don't win coins anywhere!!!

I'm very annoyed. On bejewelled blitz, two of my rare gems, Fanzanite and the Orange House, don't know the name, are all of a sudden saying unavailable. The most frustrating thing is I'm still earning the house and it's just adding to the number of unavailable rare gems. I also can't seem to contact anyone about this. Please fix this.
