App closed itself while I was exploring the app itself, and then when I reopened it, it required me to upload a photo to continue at all. I didn't want to upload right then, and would have preferred to upload later, at a time of my own choosing. Some nice features, but a little clunky and sluggish-feeling. Seems to be very streaming-oriented. App is a little pushy with the permissions.

The app has so many features that you can "unlock" with a subscription. You get 1 message to send to someone then after that any messages you receive or send you will have to pay to unlock them. Even after you subscribe to the app, when you message people their are words you can't use, otherwise it's "forbidden words" and your message won't send. I know the word "HOW" is forbidden like seriously...I can't ask. "How was your day" it will say forbidden words and not send the message.

First, I noticed that if I "smile" at someone who smiled at me first, it does not register my "smile" because I can still search for that individual, and I can still click "smile" since it isn't "green." Second, men have to pay to see messages. Third, it can take weeks to receive a notification about chatting (i.e., someone wants to chat with you - 2 weeks ago). I won't say that these tactics are intentional, but it sure seems like it from my experience (man).

I paid 109.99 for 6 months worth of subscription, but after 2 days of using the app, I wasn't able to find anyone besides all the catfish accounts. I've already sent out my request for a full refund or at least a fair amount of money back. My subscription is already cancelled through my Google Store. Update: I was able to mail them a letter for a full refund since I live in California according to their terms of service. They said I'll get a full refund from 5-10 days.

Overall, not a great experience compared to other dating apps. The UI is sloppy, buggy, and full of strange redundancies, like smiles vs messages vs likes; 'likes' force you to send a default, canned compliment, with no option for customization. Can't undo a swipe. Depending on how you got to a profile, height is hidden even though it was originally visible from the discover page. Biggest complaint: anyone can land in your messages list even if you didn't approve them, which results in clutter.

Don't think I've used an app more glitchy than this. Can't see messages despite it saying I have 2 messages, crashes constantly, can't load profiles without it forcing me back to the messages screen for some reason, above all it's $45 for just 1 month, that's a scam. Edit: viewing profile got fixed but still can't see messages or notifications even though the app says I have some, still a waste of an app.
