it can be finicky to get some devices connected. but once connected it has worked well with both google and Alexa and have been very stable. reprogramming has been easy, no devices have broken, and the app is reasonably feature rich. I sincerely hope they never change this system and keep it up and running for years to come! I recommend Kasa for smart devices every chance I get. keep up the great work.

I switched from Wemo plugs to Kasa a few years ago and the performance has been rock solid. The app could use some polish but once you figure out how the scheduling works it's super easy to create schedules and timers. Hopefully they'll have an entire line of lights to complement their other products. The plugs are wonderful.

I love our cameras we use them while away on vacation and as a baby monitor. They're quite a few years old now, but still work great! Never had a problem with them. Two way intercom, night vision, color in daylight, capable of hooking up to be recorded, screen shot and save photos right from your phone. The app is so straightforward and user-friendly.

This app never works properly. I have multiple cameras set up on the app and it'll constantly show the cameras as off when they're on, or on when they're off. Also, it's always a pain to turn the cameras off or on. The button just stops working and continually clicking on it does nothing. You have to manually force stop the app and clear the cache. Overall just a really poorly functioning app.

can't even set up camera. Just got a Kasa cam and it connects to my phone, but then just keeps scanning for several minures before timing out and will not go to the next screen. I've reset, put my phone right next to it/the router, and nothing. There is no helpful information on the tplink/support page. This was supposed to be easy,but it's just frustrating.

SUDDENLY UNLINKED EVERY SINGLE DEVICE!! There was an issue with my wifi and network account so we restarted it and it unlinked all the devices connected to my Kasa app. it took me a long time, hours, to set everything up because my home has all kasa smart switches. This was a nightmare and now I'm worried this will repeat. A waste of time. If you're buying for the smart feature, don't do it. Works well till there is a wifi reset or power outage and you have to resave each and every device.
