I absolutely LOVE romantic filipino movies which Netflix hasn't been releasing lately. I found this app and was so excited until I realized there's not enough movies or shows that are subtitled in english. I don't speak filipino/tagalog. Also the ads are annoying especially when the ad is over, the app freezes and doesn't go back to the movie. I'm very disappointed and decided not to upgrade my membership. Why would I pay if I can't understand? I feel developers need to think outside the box.

This rating is for both the mobile and TV app. It's very confusing to use. It offered a free (trial) account, but when I upgraded to a paid subscription, I still couldn't access the episodes that I already paid for. Once I was able to access my paid subscription, I discovered that the new episodes do not automatically refresh. I have to constantly logout then login again to refresh my account. Please fix this bug!!! BTW, I emailed customer support and it took them 7 days to respond.

Chromecasting TFC TV is now a hit and miss since the update, and this is still happening even after re-installing the app several times on Android phone's latest version. Issue is definitely not from Chromecast as other mobile apps such as Netflix, Hulu, YouTube are working fine. Also, advertisement is rudicoulously excessive. Previous amount of advertisement was tolerable, but adding two or three more before the actual video loads is already a cumbersome, then this app's issue will occur several times before a subscriber can actually watch. TFC, is there a way you guys can improve customer service? Not everyone has the patience to deal with it. Thank you.

The app is very convenient for all of us filipinos abroad who wants to feel at home from time to time. Few things though: the app keeps on lagging and freezing. It is hard to navigate episodes from a show in the app, like if you want to watch continuously, it wont let you, and you have to pick the episodes one by one. I wish it could be developed just like how netflix plays their episodes, it automatically jumps to the next episode. And the price is getting steep, too.

Update** Trying to watch uaap live and I keep getting kicked out of the it. The ad will play and then it will stop. Also, I dont know why I keep seeing ads when I'm a premium member. What's the point of upgrading when you still see ads? ** There's always something new that needs to be fixed. At the moment, I can log in to the app but when you press play to watch a teleserye it takes FOREVER to download.

I have had this app for years! My subscription is always paid on time and now it's still playing trailers???? I've even paid twice on a different card because I thought my payment didn't go through (which on my bank statement it did) but now I see this is an app issue! Refund my last payment since I've paid twice this month and please fix this issue!
