I have been trying to book a ticket to travel from Kuwait to Mangalore in December. However, at the last stage of booking, after entering all of the details, it is generating an error such as 'Our servers are misbehaving. Maybe it's because they are working tirelessly. We apologise for the inconvenience caused. Please retry.' And i'm unable to book the ticket. Worst experience in the first try itself.

Booking the flight tickets is good. But the most important thing is you cannot cancel or reschedule tickets through the app immediately. you need to send mail to support team and wait for their reply. Usually it will take min 3hrs. Within this time cost get increase. And charges show as additional without description. Even if you call the customer care they will say you to put a mail. Until Akbar travels team bring cancel and reschedule in the app itself , this is incomplete app only.

The Akbar Travels app has a major issue. Whenever we switch screens (for example, to check passports or other details) and return to the app, all the entered data disappears. We have to start everything from the beginning - selecting origin, destination, dates, and entering passenger details again. For passenger details especially, it feels like we need to enter the same information at least 10 times. This issue has been there from the very beginning of the app and has not been resolved yet.

Worst service! Akbar Travels confirmed my booking, yet the airline refused to provide the itinerary. When I contacted Akbar Travels, they claimed the booking would only be confirmed by the airline a day before the journey—which is unacceptable. This caused unnecessary stress and confusion. Very poor service, and I do not recommend using them. Please avoid such trouble.

When you choose payment options like *Tabby* or *Tamara (Thamara)*, the final price increases noticeably compared to direct payment. The app doesn't clearly mention these extra charges upfront, which can be misleading. It's important to compare the total amount before confirming your booking (service charge 39 Sar plus if choose tabby 79

Avoid booking with this travel agent app. there is no support for the ticket booking or cancellation. they advertisement 24/7, but no one will pick up the call. all-time agents are busy. they have a number just for the name shake. whenever you try, no one will support. it's better to go booking directly with flights website. dont use this travel agency. if you ask them to change or cancel. they will just pass time to save their time and money for the last minute. very wrost customer service
