App works now but they spam sms to join, the app logs out and they cancel the appt before you can even log back in. Tried twice in a row. Cancelled on me even quicker the 2nd time. Thanks doc.

Useless, can't get past log-in. You need the app if you don't have a specific mobile browser installed in order to utilize this service — which is utterly ridiculous. Especially since they send you the login link absolutely last minute. I have an account and I have not forgotten my password. I can log in onto LiveHealth on my desktop no problem, but god forbid I try to log into their app with those same credentials. Too much hassel to deal with as I'm trying to attend a health appointment.

Constantly glitches when I try to log in. I have tried typing in my password. But I am bounced to the email part of the log in page at least 4 times before I get into the app. For sick people, this is annoying. I did call support when I first had this problem. I have had a successful visit with the app. I'm not able to get in to a Dr office when I want to, so this is helpful. Just somebody please fix the log in bouncing problems.

This new update ruined the app. Now it's making me enter my info multiple times. I could not see or hear my provider, so he had to call me. It takes me to a browser for the call and makes me log in again instead staying in the app?? I can't see a list of providers and pick one now, it just assigns one randomly. It won't let me send a message or see the message I just got. This is extremely frustrating to use. It worked well enough before. Why can't you just leave a good thing alone???

Disappointing 😞 Don't do it I had 3 appt's scheduled. Each time I logged in, paid, it told me the provider was no longer available. The second time I called customer service. She was nice, but unable to help me get connected to my appt . I scheduled another appt for an hour later and that one did the same thing. I have been charged a no show fee of $40 once, and anticipate 2 times more now and all Customer service could say was I would get an email about the issue in 72hrs.

Do not use!!! Was sitting in the waiting room for my appt, the app then went back to the home screen. If that happens there is no way to rejoin, nor does it even list that you had an appointment. Called support, which I was on hold for an excessive amount of time, and was told " that's too bad but it's not our fault nor their problem. " Then I was hung up on. 0 out of 5
