White Noise Baby Sleep Sounds free app helps your baby (and you!) fall asleep using classic monotonous sounds ("white noise") proven to be effective by generations of parents.
From practical experience, we have learned that such sounds are more effective as a lullaby for baby sleep than music, tones or sing.
Babies love white noise. White noise mimics womb sounds, such as a heartbeat and digestive noises, and creates a soothing, comfortable, and familiar environment where babies feel protected and calm. These feelings of comfort and security may make it easier for little ones to fall asleep.

I fly a lot, and am always sleeping is noisy places. This app works wonderfully on planes, noisy hotels, airport terminals and lounges. I use the simple white noise and there is no apparent loop sound. (Almost all white noise apps have some sort of repetitive sounds, though subtle.) No collecting or selling my personal data, (imagine...), and it works well. All you can ask for.

Love it! I don't actually like pure white noise so I love how customizable this is without notice also looping. I've used it for years! There are definitely times where it stops randomly at night even without the timer set, but I found that airplane mode / no data access reduces this significantly, along with turning off battery optimization. Probably something to do w/ ads. This means that I can't be reached in case of emergencies, but I guess that's a trade off for good sleep.

Good app but it shuts off randomly. I tried closing all of the other apps I had open, as was advised by your site, but it continues to shut off. I am going to uninstall and reinstall. Hopefully that will solve the issue. Update: The app still shuts off randomly even after I reinstalled. I'm not going to turn off my mobile data to run the app. Sad, this app worked well the first year I used it. Going to uninstall.

Full disclosure, I'm not a baby, but still... I can't sleep without a fan or some sort of continuous white, gray, pink, whatever background noise. When I'm home I have a solution, but when I'm away I do not. I've tried YouTube videos on loop, I've tried recorded sounds on loop and I've tried other apps. This one has the most selection without the ever so subtle interruptions of a loop at... well the end of its loop. The ads don't distract , and it definitely does the job. Highly recommended.

I just love this app. I love how simple, straight forward and super easy it is to use. Theres NO do you want to purchase this or purchase that, extra stuff just to get to the sounds. The wide variety of sounds that are provided are literally the odd things that sooth your baby, older children and even us adults. The best thing about it, is you can set the length of time you want the app to play or you can set it to play continuously, all night long. Just perfect overall... so far no complaints.

I don't usually review things, but I had to review this INCREDIBLE app I have twins and this has been a LIFE SAVER. I can use it on the go in the car since it doesn't use data or wifi... We were using Spotify playlists of rain before. It stays consistent all night long and we haven't had any issues with it in the last 6 months we've used it. I LOVE this app with all my heart. It even helps me go to sleep!!
