I thought this was going to replace the Yi Home app but I have both of them now. Weird part is they have different sets of subscriptions for each. Once subscribed, cancel button will not take you anywhere, and I think that is intentional. Worse part is the CS. They have not been trained well and they will not give back your money in the event of a billing dispute citing that this frigging Yi Life app is a different entity altogether. I lost a ton of money in this. I am so close to leaving.

Utter garbage. It used to be really good home security system but since the upgrades you have to tap 2 or 3 times for it to load, it doesn't pick movement when it should, I paid for a 12 month subscription, only got 6 and they won't reinstate the cloud service. Don't bother, I certainly won't, I'm looking for another provider.

Literally the BEST outdoor camera and app for me. Clear image and most importantly, the connectivity to my home wifi is excellent. My previous camera and regrettably the more expensive one from another known brand turned out to be utter trash. This is way better and the price for the camera is affordable. Really happy with the app and have no major problems with it so far. It does crash sometimes when i want to open the app when i got an alert but once i close and re-open the app again it's fine

Camera go offline without any notice. Very weird!! When u need most then u will find camera is offline. I use two cameras. While I am writing, my cameras are offline. Same thing happened two days before and corrected automatically. So pathetic! Requesting developer to correct this immediately otherwise stop such nonsense app.

I regret buying 10 cameras after I tried Mijia 360 2K Pro. No alert limit like 6 sec video and 10 minutes interval. Unlimited 7 days alert recording on cloud. Not even asking you to subscribe anything. All feature is available plus low light full color night vision and anti glare in case you setup outdoor. You can also group cameras and other smart devices for better experience and send google voice command to turn on / off camera. I have no choice but to replace all since I prefer quality.

I bought four cameras and paid for a one-year subscription, but 11 days later they said my subscription was expired and I no longer have access to the benefits of the cloud. I have emailed them multiple times to try to fix this, and they just keep asking me to send where it tells me that it's expired and where I paid for a year. I have done both multiple times, and I still don't have access to my cameras. I wish I had never bought those cameras or paid for the cloud service.
