Agreed that 1MG is a great service for ordering medicines home. However, of late they are becoming more of a call centre than an e-commerce platform. Search anything on their app, or leave any item in your cart, and you will face a never ending volley of sales calls, asking why you didn't complete the purchase, and when you intend to purchase, and so on. Asking them not to call doesn't help. They have endless numbers from which their pesky agents keep hounding you. This is why I'm rating them 2.

I placed the order as I wanted the item very asap.The option to get it delivered in 30 minutes was available so I did the online payment and placed the order. But the tracking showing 15 minutes from 5 hours! They have to show proper time.this is total fraud! Basic things they should show to their customer is this priority! Very bad experience!Think thrice before using this app!No customercare call support available Worst worst worst! i cancelled the order but still showing 15 mnts to deliver.

the application is good but customer service is pathetic. As my order get delayed I wanted to contact the customer service but there is no way to connect to a human. It's always AI genarated reply be on call or chat. But when you add something on your cart they are always available to call you and force you to place the order.

This is a scam and fraudulent app beware if you guys are going to order from this app. I had purchased some product from this app and when it was about to be shipped all of a sudden they increased the price and asking me to pay the additional price during delivery which is unacceptable. I connected with customer care on chat they asked me to pay additional money and they said they will refund it. I have asked them to cancel the order, will buy from Netmeds a 100% legit app

faced serious issues - I did an online order (pre paid), at the time of delivery they charged me more (multiple times) and every time the extra charge was 20-30% of the bill amount. their reasoning was that prices were increased. what the hell? - once they cancelled my order with no reason whatsoever. once I asked for customer support (chat) they said it was operational issues. - once I ordered via call, I asked him to queue me for a customer support call, but that call never came.

This app is good. easy to order. many alternatives are available for all medicines. but their delivery service is poor. without any delivery attempts, they register delivery address not available. even though they have my contact number, they didn't call. i never faced this issue with Amazon delivery. if you order any medicine on an urgent basis, you will be in trouble. I hope the 1mg team will rectify this issue.
