I had a trial I didn't use. I immediately requested a cancel & refund because there was no email about the upcoming charge. "We do our best to ensure transparency during the sign-up process, making it clear that subscriptions are set to renew automatically. We also strive to provide visibility regarding renewal dates on user accounts, so that you're always in the loop about when renewals are scheduled. Renewed subscriptions are therefore unfortunately non-refundable."

BEWARE: READ THE FINE PRINT! Only used a few times, mostly because their "beginner" videos went way too fast for me. Couldn't cancel in the app, contrary to their marketing, because I purchased from their website. They auto renewed me at an annual rate with no prior notice or reminder and refuse to give any refunds. For a "health" app company, they are rigid and not customer-oriented. They're only here for your money.

This app is basic at best, I should have listened to some of the other reviewers. I did not find this app helpful in any aspect, and it is WAY overpriced. Also, be advised that you HAVE to reach out to customer service to cancel, regardless of how you signed up. I immediately cancelled my account after signing up (or so I thought), out of sheer disappointment with the app. A year later, they charged my card! And sorry ... no refunds. Save your time and money, don't bother with this app!

A money-grabbing disappointment. I took out a 12 month subscription as part of a promotion. This app is not as helpful as it likes to tell you it is. Reminders were unreliable and after the introduction, it is hard to navigate through the workouts to know where to start and what would work best. Fast forward 12 months (I no longer use the app) and there was no reminder that my subscription would renew. £100 out of pocket and no chance of a refund, even though contacted on the day of payment.

Buyer Beware! They charged for a 36 month membership. While the content of this app is lovely, new workouts are rare, making keeping my attention for 36 months impossible. I haven't used the app for months and was charged a renewal fee without warning. I appealed to the service center asking for a refund and they refused. They stole 72$ from me, is how I see that charge.

This app is okay. It has challenging workouts and I like the ability to choose a workout based on the time you have. I don't use it often enough so I cancelled my subscription, I thought. I was charged for an annual membership today and I can't seem to find where I can confirm it was cancelled since my subscription isn't active. $112 for an app I rarely use is too much. please cancel my subscription.
