FEATURES
Video Consultations: See a doctor or other healthcare provider (provincial restrictions apply) and have a video consultation from the comfort of your home or wherever works best for you. If needed, prescriptions and referrals for diagnostic tests/specialists can be provided.
Easily access your TELUS Health MyCare appointment details through the app whenever you need them.
Appointments are scheduled in English by default unless you are in Quebec where appointments can be either in French or English. If you would like to schedule an appointment in a different language, contact
our Support Team.

We take data security and privacy extremely seriously. All of TELUS Health MyCare’s clinical procedures meet industry and legal standards. We retain patient records in accordance with national best practice guidelines and all patient data is securely transmitted using industry-recognized encryption methods.
LANGUAGE / LANGUE
The app is available in English and French. If you wish to change the language of the app without changing your smartphone language, please follow the instructions below.
For Android 13 or later OS
To change the language of your app, go to your phone Settings, search for Languages and input, tap App languages then TELUS Health and select the language of your choice.
For Android 12 or lower OS
For these versions, the app language is dependent on the phone language. If you want to change the language of the application, please change the language of your phone in the general settings of your device.

While the doctors are lovely, I have not been able to receive the care I desperately need because (despite emailing several times) the medical reports I have been sending haven't been added to my file. So, the doctors keep telling me they can't help me until they see my medical reports. I keep emailing and booking more appointments to no avail - I have been going in circles for 2 months. What a waste of time & resources.

I spent the time to set up the app and my account but there have never been any appointments- ever. so I am not sure if I have the wrong app or maybe they are out of business. save yourself the waste of time. the app doesn't store your preferences so every time you start your search you have to enter in again. all you get is a message saying to check back regularly. honestly a waste of time.

I used Telus Health years ago, as we needed quick but not urgent care for our daughter. The service was great. Unfortunately, I've tried to utilize the service twice in the last 3 months and was unable to even book an appointment... no dates were available. I even called customer service, and they weren't able to help. I appreciate the concept of the service. However, it has not been very accessible for me and my family of recent.

Great idea to have video appointments. I believe that this service should be for those without a doctor, however. It has become difficult to book an appointment. It is very frustrating to enter all of the details and then be told there are no appointments, having to repeat this every time you check back for availability. Should be changed to select doctor or counselor first and then have appointment availability shown.

endless looping - can't login I click on sign up, type in my email, it says I have an account already. asks me for my password, I put in my password, it takes me back to the starting screen. I do all the steps again, it takes me back to the starting screen. good thing my health care isn't an emergency 🙄

Pretty horrible design. Cannot book an appointment because of a lack of available doctors, but the app doesn't tell me that and forces me to scroll week by week until 2+ months out. why can't it expand to a monthly view? why cant it tell me that there are no available slots for the next two months? why can't I save my appointment information so that I can try to find a slot in the future? there is even text that mentions Babylon health, I'm pretty sure Telus acquired BH over 4 years ago. Lazy.
