I would still like to know who the hell was responsible for this monstrosity of an upgrade. Making minor changes doesn't make it any better. It still looks like my 3 year old grandson has been at it with his crayons - it looks so juvenile. I could use the previous version to show my doctor my progress - now it has no practical analytical value compared to version 1 it would probably give him a headache trying to work out progress, it certainly gives me one. Where has the rest of the data from we

Synchronisation with the scale is slow. To make matters worse it does not sync in the background but needs the app to be active. Recently, we did not sync with the app for a while to get to the point that the memory in the scale was full. Within 30 minutes, the app was not unable to read to 30 data points and we had to eventually give up, extract some data points manually and clear the rest. Rather frustrating. Also there is a lack of integration with other fitness tracking apps.

Difficult navigation, measurements slow to update in app, and I don't know if those censors on the device actually have any function because the body composition seems to be based entirely on BMI. I've got a lot of muscle, always have had. I also have a layer of fat, maybe 25-28%? It's had me pegged at 36% since I had muscles popping from the gym. 🤨 What I do like is that it keeps track of my data, and that some elements are somewhat functional... when you can find them.

No longer syncs with BF800, I tried to remove the device and add back in but half the time it won't find the device and the other half it shows a list of users, I can't choose them because they are "online users" and I can't create a new user, the Next button does nothing. The BF800 is currently full so all i can use it for is to measure weight. The device has new batteries as well.

For the first few months the connection between my phone any my scale was dodgy. The app says it hasn't connected to the scale in over a month. The scale seems to work fine, but just doesn't connect anymore at all. This is not the product I wanted when I bought it. I don't know if the problem is software in my phone (pixel 5) or in the hardware in the scale, but the overall experience is terrible. No stars. I don't recommend this product.

I primarily got some beuer scales as I had something heavy to post. I battled with them and this hunk of junk app for 3 hours, as they won't weigh anything without setting the app up and the app don't work. In the end all I got was my personal details harvested and a headache. I weighed the item on neighbours scales, it's mechanical and took seconds. Total ripped off, they weren't cheap either, for the love of god why would you make a set of scales that can't weigh stuff out the box? Crazy!
