Used to love this app... until they took away the ability to create graphics with friends. Without the ability to add my phone number, my boyfriend and I can't be friends, and we can't create graphics of both of our emoji together. Friends of ours do this and invited us to do the same, but we don't have the ability. It's just disappointing. Plus, honestly, the bitmojis used to be better and looked more like us. Since they were updated years ago, they don't look as good.

Poor design decisions, folks! I'm yet another user so, so disappointed with the loss of the 2D avatars. I don't use the app now because of the awkward and unimpressively designed 3D version. Bring back the 2D version, please. At least allow users to choose. (And I think you'll find many people will go with the better looking 2D avatars. Just saying it's worth trying.)

if I could give a zero, I would. I used to love my 2d avatar, I would constantly use it even at work with my students. Not anymore. these 3D stickers are ugly! I don't use them at all anymore. I've seen a lot of the same complaints, but you are obviously not listening to us. We need an option to revert to the old version, or if any other developer is reading this, make us an app with avatars like the old bitmoji. I'm even willing to pay for it!

I've never been a fan of the 3D version, but it has become more unuseable with each update. You can't spin the avatar to see the back of items. There's too many paid items and the filter does not work for sorting free items only nor by item type. Been a lack of updates to the physical features and a focus on pumping out paid clothing items. Absolutely horrid UX for the way it's been changed.

the classic version had better choices of colors to fit my appearance. there's not many options for hair styles with color like the classic styles had. I tried to endure this new version, but I can no longer find myself, my character. it was a great app, but now it's ruined by the updates. I had no choice in this awful up grade. I will be deleting this app. Very unsatisfied.

Like many others here, I used bitmoji for years and loved it. When I was a teacher, I used it for presentations to add some light-hearted fun and color. It was great to send to friends too! As of the latest update, my bitmoji is, frankly, ugly. I really tried to customize it the best I could, but some of the facial expressions for the stickers were scary and jarring. Not cute at all. I'm still not fully over Facebook changing their style. Et tu, Snapchat? I had to uninstall. What a shame.
