Byju's has done a good job for students. It's difficult to learn concepts at one shot in class where you need to take notes simultaneously. And so, I decided to watch lectures which are easy to understand (because of visualisation). This really is helping me a lot. But, you have a limit to watch the lectures! This is not right. I didn't like it

The quality of lecture recordings is quite bad. Whenever I try to watch the missed recordings,I can never watch the whole lecture without any kind of problem. Sometimes the screen turns black, sometimes the teachers voice doesn't show up. All together it wastes a lot time which is definitely not acceptable.It affects my studies to a great extent. Please look into the matter as soon as possible and try to solve the issue. Highly disappointed.

Pls don't go for it. Honestly after studying for 1yr we were not given modules (which was told that it'll be provided). The mentors were good initially but later they never picked up our calls. The portal always had an issue sometimes tests were not shown sometimes classes were not available. Even the teachers (they were the only ones who teached well throughout) couldn't help us regarding the issue faced. It's only the teachers that were good rest everything is trash.

Just a money minded. They are not refunding the amount when we cancel it and doesn't have a proper response, at the joining time they said it was a simple process, but we like to cancel it within 2 days after the payment dut to some personal issues. We did event join the class and they are not responding in a proper way they said we will check and contact you, for more than 4 time of call they are forcing to join.

Please improve quality of the recordings of the live classes. Whenever I try to watch missed classes, I can never fully watch the whole class without problems. Sometimes the site crashes. Sometimes the teachers video doesn't show up. Sometimes only the teachers voice shows up. We can't forward nor back and it gets really irritating. I really like the app but please fix this issue. It really hinders my studies. Thank you.

I have been using this app for a year now as a free user. it has been great. I really like the chapterwise test provided. it was good until it stopped working a few days ago. I am not able to open anything. its happening in all my devices. so it would be better if it got checked. I tried mailing about the problem and it says the mail doesn't exist. I tried calling and number doesn't exist too. It seriously needs to be checked.
