Third class app . It is really frustrating sometimes. I get many calls and schemes for subscriptions. I am just fed up . I have been blocking literally like hundreds of numbers . And I still get calls . I get that you want to promote byju's but calling a person more than multiple times is not the solution to this . Other than its ok . But please fix this problem.

The worst app as of now. Because the customer dealing is very bad. I purchased a course and i cancelled the course within the notice period. As per the terms and conditions i am fully eligible for refund. But they were cheating on me and didn't get the money. Now i lost the money. When i called them they didn't pick up the call. Fraud app and poor service.

The app is good, frankly speaking geography, history, civics, economics and mathematics section are superb. I was happy with the experience but the physics, chemistry and biology section is really disappointing as some concepts are not well visualized... In chemistry Mole concept , it seemed as if direct lines were picked from the text book and was repeated...I couldn't get a crystal clear concept in Chemistry and physics. It would be better if these issues are improved. Thank you.

Worst app ever. I got byju's premium . I got technical issue with the sd card. I couldn't tilt the video to landscape. I registered the complain to technical team. They said they will replace the sd card. But later there was no response from them. Then I got a message from technical team after one and half month that the order is successfully place. We will let you know when order is despatched. Now I don't know when I will receive my order. Don't buy the pack!!

High prices and non-stop calls. They will constantly and endlessly call you and try to guilt you into buying their membership. The courses cost thousands to lakhs of rupees!!! and my friends who got them told me that they stop paying attention after a while and he was not able to cancel. Anyway, my issue is simple, constant calls and annoyance. I am getting a call blocker for the first time in life. Thanks Byju!

This is the worst app in general. They don't stop calling, sending promotional messages, emails, and there's no option to deregister from the system. Emails don't have the "unsubscribe", they don't respond to your calls and emails requesting them to swipe your details from their system. They're only there for promotion. Register once, even if it's just to check what type of app it is, and you're doomer for life. Their frequent calls and persistence will continue for years.
