Using the app is nightmare. Media playback ignores bluetooth controls; When app is resized on split screen, it loses current state; The media is not cached for offline playback in airplane or underground. Basically, on the move the app is useless, and when at home, the website is much more friendly.

Email verification doesn't work at all (I never get an email no matter how many times I tried). Always have to find roundabout ways to get into various accounts. Navigation between messages and lessons can be improved. There is no Help or Contact info available if you are not able to login.

When you switch phone to another application and then switch back to your video in many cases you won't find your video where you stopped as expected, just white screen and you need to find your video course from the beginning and then you need to find where you stopped so annoying... I have this essue on 3 of my phones different brands Also no background play

No Basic features and Painful to use! 1. Hard to forward and rewind videos 2. Vidoes freeze and have to be restarted 3. App doesn't remember where you left off and you have to Restart your Videos all over again and find it! 4. Video doesn't play in the background ground so you can't make notes or use another app while watching!

Good app, everything works fine, thank you. But can you please change the color of the icon? It was nice magenta, and now as if blue is put on top. It looks dirty grey, very unattractive. Don't want to look at it, touch it or use it.

Honestly? It's horrible. I barely can follow the course and obliged to use the web version only since the app shows me nothing but the white loading screen for two days. Or impossibility to upload the files. Or navigation itself. Extremely inconvenient. The process of studying becomes suffering.
