Worst experience with Cleartrip! I booked a hotel on 1st October for 11–13 October, but when I reached the property, the hotel staff said the booking was cancelled the same day I booked it! Cleartrip never checked, verified, or informed me. I was traveling with my sister, who had an exam the next day, and we were left searching for another hotel late at night. Totally irresponsible and unprofessional service.

Very unreliable, most of the time ticket doesn't get processed. Booked a round trip, pnr was not generated for 1 leg but they cancelled both the tickets after 8hrs and I had to bear the airline cancellation charge, convenience fees, etc as these were non refundable. I also had to pay higher price to book another flight. Worst customer service. Had called and mailed the customer service, they don't care and that's the policy of the company.

worst app, show the lower price and while proceeding to the next page suddenly pops up that that price has been increased by airlines. if you search again after sometime, same price is shown. even if you accept the new price and proceed with it. just before booking it says flight is no longer available. giving one start because there is no negative or zero rating

do not book using cleartrip, especially international trips. app is slow. booking failed 3 times after payment. booking went into pending status and took 5+ hours and didn't even get booked and it was put to refund processing status. payment page did not load twice! wasted an hour to book 2 tickets. the worst experience I have had in any airline booking app. complete waste of an hour.

This app is a scam. I booked a hotel in Jaipur with full payment but when I reached I was told that the booking does not exist. The customer support gave no response. They cut my call when I complained. no accountability! apparently they had transferred by booking to a different hotel in a cheaper room without even letting me know. Disgusting!

unable to add my child aged 12+ to my international flight booking. unable to connect to support also - dead end due to no earlier booking. and can't rate through rate us>not happy also - the typed msg doesn't go at all. pathetic in all sense. can't save the booking details because I have to undo everything I filled to go back to main interface. ridiculous developers who have not booked tickets themselves.
