League of Quiz - Trivia board

I was really loving it, got up to 30-something levels, and then a stupid ad popped up that would not clear no matter what I did - had to force close it. They were SO close to having an excellent game. Instead they have an app that will remain installed long enough to write this rating. Greedy, stupid, incompetent developers; clearly they know how to code, but somehow are unavle to include ads without freezing the game. Ooooooops

Looks very good,challenging questions. Very unfair that Pass Option gives you more points than answering wrong. Many are unhappy with this! Unfortunately,English questions are mostly based on the UK and German ones on Germany,which makes it a little unfair for people living elsewhere. It would be great if players could choose which topics to play so that they don't get challenged in topics they don't play. When are you planning to add availability for iOS?

In a nutshell: - FREE - True to Life Trivial Pursuit (huge plus!) - Intelligence is the only advantage here, absolutely zero micro transactions (besides ad free, which add are already minimal). I have been destroyed, relearned some rusty subjects, won by forfeit, lost by not getting a wedge. I'd still suggest this game to anybody who wants a challenge and just wants the raw entertainment of a classic game without ridiculous powerups. 5/5 no contest.

I think that this app is okay. I learn a lot from answering the questions. And I do enjoy playing with friends. But there have been a few glitches that my other friends have noticed too. First of all, I am suddenly thrust in a game I did not agree to or accept the challenge of from people I don't know. Then when it eventually times out because I won't play ones I didn't begin myself, it says I lost. Why would I have a loss for something I didn't agree to play? here should be an option to reject. I'm a teacher. I'm not sitting at my phone 24/7. Too, I have played a number of the "quick" games with people around the country that seem to get stuck somehow. I am playing, but then the other person doesn't. But it never times them out. They are only supposed to go for short times. But these games are stuck for DAYS. Yet when I play and somehow walk away for two minutes, then it times me out. I exited out of one of these because I thought something was wrong, but then lost points. I now have two losses not actually my losses. Two other quick games eventually, days later, timed out because the others didn't play. But had they finally started playing in the middle of the night, I would have lost for sleeping. The timing out feature needs to be fixed as I expect to play a quick game during the hour that I have, not days where I don't have that time. Too, I have found the questions getting repetitive and I haven't played that many rounds. I often see at least five I've seen before in any given round. While I do appreciate the idea of the app, I think the execution has some bugs to fix.

Inconsistent. It is with sadness that I come back to complain. Playing in a league I finish on the same score as my opponent but answer slightly faster, but within 1 seconds, and it is a draw. The next occasion I finish on the same score slightly slower, but within 1 second, and I loose. This isn't the first time either. Well this cheating app can just go away.

One of the best games out there. Endless fun and only occasional time pressure. Always something available via the 'play' tab even if you are waiting for opponents to play in challenges. Great variety of questions and the facility to report errors. You can even submit questions though these are subject to the whims of random reviewers. Developers are responsive and helpful.
