This was my go-to music app when I started with android in 2010. Although I've loved the app all these years, support seems to have gone very quiet. I have reached out to them in June and August and I'm still waiting to hear anything. Suddenly unable to edit album art or metadata. Also the app is not finding all the music on my device. I will really miss this app if it continues to cause problems and I'm forced to move on.

I was a satisfied user of this app for years, but when I got a Pixel 9 XL Pro the sync kept trying to duplicate all my music. Have tried resetting databases, deleting everything and reinstalling phone app and sync on PC, and now it moves only a few of my 12000+ songs and then says it's finished. (although it spends quite a bit of time moving playlists that wind up empty) Latest version hasn't helped, either. Very, very disappointed.

When it works, it is a really solid program. However, I am not sure if it still works for a PC. I have been having trouble with it and my request for help from the company did not receive a response. I tried to uninstall and reinstall it, but I cannot redownload it from the store here as my device is not listed as eligible. I notice too that it only lists phone, Chromebook, and tablet as options to review. My entire music library is on my PC, so if that's gone, it's useless to me.

I have used Doublwtwist for YEARS! over a decade now at least. I even paid for it. It has been amazing with all the features and ways to organize your audio. That is until recently. It refuses to play a majority of my music now! It will just keeps skipping songs until it eventually finds one it's okay playing. Now, idk if it's just giving me attitude and saying my music sucks, but I'd really like to be able to play all my music again. Really tired of listening to one song on repeat. Please help!

Great freaking app. I believe it's the fourth year I'm going on using this. I am one to acquire my music by throwing it onto a storage drive of sorts, so this app helps me organize the thousands of songs I keep on SD cards. Would really like if the app could find a way to find accurate artwork and covers for songs that do not have one. Updates are frequent! Please keep it up, you are appreciated and have long been an aide in my daily life.

paid for this app a while back, they fixed the podcast issue, but now it seems they took away the ability to cast. Now you have to pay again for the feature. Am I imagining this? I'm pretty sure it was there before? I could be,wrong if so I apologize, but I'm pretty sure it was a feature. Also, a couple of other things, my recently added songs disappear from the playlist after a couple of weeks? Why? And also it shows I have 203 most played songs but it only shows me like 25 of them?
