This company is a scam. I paid extra to be able to change my flight, and when I put in the request (which said no change in price) eDreams took 2 days to approve, and by that time the price has changed. Just book directly with the airline. You will pay the same but not deal with this hassle of jumping through hoops for simple things, like canceling the prime membership.

This app is a scam. Every time I have booked with them, at the very last minute after entering all of your information including your payment info, they hit you with a 'we're sorry, that rate is no longer available, now the price is xx more.' It is just barely within the amount you are willing to pay to avoid starting over again. It should be illegal what they do but they seem to keep getting away with it.

Poor Customer Service I should have stuck with Orbitz. As soon as I booked a flight for my parents in error, I went on the app to change the date within 2 minutes. They called the day after I booked and changed, but I missed the call. I replied to the email right away... and then called them. Well, it's been 3 days and it is still in process. I regret going through their website. I should have gone straight to the airline or used my trusted Orbitz app. They're much more responsive!

Never sent a confirmation #. Lots of emails confirming my flight, but never a confirmation number. Showed me in the system at the airport but said it wasn't paid for. I had paid receipt and showed bank withdrawal for it, they would not let me fly. I had to book another flight with another airline that cost me an additional $500... this total trip that was supposed to have been $200 ended up being over $700!!! Also a 1.5 hour trip turned into 8 hours!!!!! 😡

Edreams use to be very good and organized but now it's been 7 months and no refund. Canceled my flight last year and no refund as stated. They gave me the run around and the airline hasn't said anything either. Before when I could cancel for any reason I would get the refund in a few days. Now this 7 months is extremely overdue and extremely ridiculous and very unorganized.

It's a SCAM!! We only downloaded it to book one flight and at first everything was great and it was even cheaper than other options we looked at, and it was pushing to subscribe to their yearly primium account. We didn't sign up for it, and only gave the account info to buy the tickets. After two weeks we get a notification from the bank that they charged us 90 euros for the annual subscription!! Without our confirmation! And we can't even cancle because we have to call a numbet that we can't!!
