Tired of the old recorder on your phone? Now you should try a new one which has so many improvements:

The worst thing finally happened. I spent the time to backup everything on my phone about 4 weeks ago. I hook up the phone to computer and pull all my files off. I spent 20 mins trying to locate the mp3 files for the recordings and they are impossible to find! This is so annoying. Then 2 weeks later the phones motherboard failed. I am so upset I can't even breathe. I need these recordings and made serious effort to save them but stupid app makes it impossible!!!!

Was my go-to recorder app for the past few years. Now with my new phone, I can't store to my SD card (despite changing the settings) or copy to my card, and the ads when you open it automatically play and are so annoying. I can't even locate where the files are being saved (in "data", etc..but completely difficult to find no matter what I do). It was good while it lasted. Thank you, just the same Super Voice Recorder and devs. On to find a different app.

My question is this: WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN WHEN I WAS LOOKING FOR A GOOD VOICE RECORDER?! For nearly three years, I've been releasing music and try other recording apps since the voice recorder on my music making software was not working (that's another story for another day). It didn't help my confidence when I sounded off on my music from other apps. Out of a whim, I try this app for a test. To my surprise, the recordings are very clear. Will definitely use this for my future music projects.

A nightmare to get simple access to your recordings and then do a simple copy of the group of them to your computer. Other recorders give you a nice, simple, clearly labeled, easy to locate folder that stores your recordings. The rest of the features of this product matter not, if I must battle with the file structure to get them off my phone without jumping through hoops with each file individually.

My original review was 5 stars. For the last couple of years, it seems, an update made it so I can't bulk transfer my mp3s to my PC, dropbox, etc., because the files are put in inaccessible emulated storage, regardless of whether I pick internal or external storage. My only option has been to laboriously 'share' the files one by one, to my Dropbox account. My loyalty has run out of gas. --- Original 2014 comments: Nicely done. Also love default alpha sortable date file names (yyyy-mm-dd etc).

Dev needs to wake-up app to 2023 or even 2010! Records well and could be a 5 star app BUT has lacked a LOT of simple but NEEDED features for YEARS, like NO file sorting whatsoever!? (Good luck finding a file later, Naming it doesnt sort either), NO Audio Compression or Editing into smaller files, just those 3 alone would make this the best Rec. app! 😎👌
