I love this app! I've tried multiple exercise tracking apps, and this one is, by far, the best. Easy to create workouts. Easy to modify. Well worth the $7.99 for lifetime. One thing that I would love to see incorporated into the app is a calendar that tracks the days where I've completed my sequence for the day.

The parameters are highly customizable, so it's a workout timer app with Tabata functionality and presets. For example, my workout is too challenging for the full 8 rounds, so I made it only 5 rounds, but 2 sets, with a five minute rest in between each set. Ads are annoying, but they only happen when your workout is done, and it's a free app, so that's the price you pay. Excellent free app.

I lead HIIT workouts regularly and this app has made my life a lot easier. Being able to change the intervals and to setup different sounds for each portion of the workout (warmup vs cooldown) is really nice. The best feature by far is allowing me to name each interval. This allows me to put each exercise directly in the timer app, meaning I don't need to memorize my flow or write it down on paper. It's all right there!

Really like not having to constantly reset my phone's timer while I work out. If there is a way I could actually enter individual exercises, that would be even better. But really like this. Addendum: this app is PERFECTION! I can just focus on my music and workout and Tabata let's me know when it's time ti switch. 10/10, no further notes.

I'm discovering a new perk every time I use it. This timer is a workout saver for sure. Filling it out is quick and I really enjoy not having to think about which leg or arm I'm on. I'm not tech savvy AT ALL and it's simple but has SO many options. thank you for a great product! update: Bought the premium version because I'm ready to stick with this one for forever. I switched phones and the "export workouts" was SUPER handy. I can also share mine with my friend who now has the app too.

simple and customizable timer app. just wish it had a notification bar/lock screen widget, or at least that it was on by default. Edit: of course, it got swept up when I disabled notifications from a bunch of apps. I'm glad I didn't reduce my score, I guess the only thing I could say is a section in the settings promoting you to check app permissions would've been enough to get me to check, but this app is great!
