It was working at first, now it's sending me through a neverending cycle of logging me out and logging back in. I have 2 child profiles and when I want to switch profiles to another child, I receive an error message that something went wrong and to ask a grown-up for help. Then I have to through the whole password process AGAIN!! I can't get back in! It's the most frustratjng experience ever because it's an unending loop and I don't know how to break it. Seriously FB?! What is this???

Went through the process of setting the account and adding people, but the home screen is blank. The people added, though we cant see them, can message my kid, but my kid can't send messages out without using the notification of receiving a message that only drops down for a couple seconds before it's gone. It like this across three different devices. In the parent portal, I can see who has messaged my kid, but not what. Even the "Help Center" comes up blank.

Great in theory, but I have 2 kids, and I can't toggle between the two profiles. They both worked great for 1 day and since I cannot get in to view my daughters profile, it keeps kicking me out with an Error reading "Session Expired" and prompts me to log in again, if I select OK, it keeps repeating the same crash.... I'm very disappointed I can not access both of my kids' profiles.

this app it an amazing app that allows you to message/call friends and personally i find it very helpful but one thing that I don't have is the ability to save videos. idk if this is just for me or anyone else but it would be way more helpful if I could save a video like how I save pictures, and another thing is for my pfp, like I can't turn the picture so most of the time I pick one and it will just turn. Can you please update it pls🥲😁 other than those, It is very great 👍. kind regards.

Great! I like it, but I just can't get notifications for messages. I recently messed with my settings and finally got my phone to ring for calls when it's off. I can get notifications for pictures, but I can't get notifications for just messages. I only have one friend and not knowing and not responding to messages has made our friendship drift apart. this has been a HUGE problem for me for over 4 months and I can't fix it through any of my settings.

The app is overall great, sure ot can be a bit glitchy here and there, but the bugs are rarely even big. The only thing that's really annoying, is that on some devices you can have a full theme, on others you can decorate it a little bit, and on aome (like mine) you're stuck with a dark blue, amd cannot change it. I've tried many different ways, but it just doesn't work. It's not that much of a big deal, but it's just a really annoying bug :/
