it does the job but it's a far cry from the old HK Taxi app. The most inconvenient is the fact that it does not offer credit card payments that you can set up, not sure if even guarantee Octopus payments are accepted so you essentially have to have cash with you just in case. It offers Payme but this is if no use too foreigners, and also pretty inconvenient anyway.

Hired the taxi the second time. Honestly, the drivers treated customers in a very polite way. However, some of them are not skillful, especially if the destination or drop-off place is not popular. it's frustrated and wasted my time and money, almost spending more than 50% of time and money, lol.

Used it just once when I was leaving hongkong. I didn't have a HK phone number so I was quite worried about how to call a taxi to the airport, but this app offers the additional function to call for a taxi via whatsapp! After sending a message I agreed on the fixed price and then the taxi arrived just 8 minutes later~ would definitely recommend this app~~

Insane in this day and age that there's no credit card payment option - should be a priority to sort this. UI is straight out of 2012. Cancellation rate for drivers seems to be much higher than HK Taxi app. But it's the best alternative to the 'dynamic pricing' Uber-ocracy. Look forward to seeing it get better as more users adopt.

I was so so disappointed on the app, you need to be careful on its options... So many traps and all are protecting the drivers. I call the taxis in the airport and I request one more stop after I get on the taxis, but first of all I didn't know the app has this option, that smart driver didn't warn me will pay full price on my request. If I need to pay full price, I sure I will cancel my request and go to the taxis stand. This is last time using this app, bye.
