I've been on Gett for many years now but the app is pretty much unusable due to their ridiculous payment schedule. If you do a job on Monday you don't get your money until Thursday week, eleven days later! MyTaxi app pays twice a week in comparison. It's a shame as the app is really good but who wants to wait that long for YOUR money? Have brought it to their attention many times but they ignore my concerns. Use MyTaxi instead, they have a lot more work too. REGARDING YOUR REPLY TO GET IN TOUCH TO DISCUSS THIS. I HAVE MANY TIMES AND YOU REFUSE TO GO BACK TO TWICE WEEKLY PAYMENTS. SO MUCH FOR LISTENING THEN!

As I have asked you so many times ago , in order to improve this application , you have to make the following changings : 1. You have to receive only customers with credit cards so you can charge them with a fine for every order cancelation starting with the first one , or to refund your drivers for the inconvenience of the cancelation from the company's own funds !!!! 2. You have to offer our drivers the option of "rating" and "feed backing" (criticizing) your customers the same way they do !

Just downloaded new update and another fault that hasn't been rectified : YOU CAN'T SWITCH IT OFF! The 'OFF' switch puts you back into 'AVAILABLE MODE'! Wch means I have to leave it in 'BUSY' mode, wch drains my battery, until the app time's you out with message "you've been inactive for a while so you have been signed out" Unable to view the app in Landscape, which is no good for my tablet device. They update continually but still can't use my tablet in Landscape. They're just not listening!

Contacted Gett as per their comment to my previous review to find a resolution to my problem. As always, I get someone in customer care that says they'll "feedback" my issue and management can then decide whether or not to implement any changes in future updates. The advisor informed me I should have a particular function which I don't have but, when I informed him that I don't have it, he wasn't interested in finding a resolution to that either. 1 hour wasted!!!

Shocking, very bad, every time their "tech" get near it the experience becomes horrible. The staff dont know the relevant advice to give and the experience quickly becomes shocking, we are tired of Gett. At present the new update is turning my apps off and the "fix" I'm being offered by the "help" team is a waste of my time and effort. As usual with Gett a shocking experience. I'm about to go through the unnecessarily long drawn out process of trying for the third time today to get it fixed

Disappointed been with gett from beginning in Edinburgh all OK until tried to use app after lockdown. Can't get in just buffering followed getts instructions still nothing. Upgraded phone at a time that I couldn't afford to just to try to get app work. Still buffering went back to phone shop turns out problem is with getts last update which if they had said was the problem I wouldn't have went to the expense of new phone contract. Thanks for nowt gett
