App is great... until you use it a lot. As soon as you get storage use up to 80% or so it constantly badgers you to buy more, even when you have tons of space left. Annoying and cloying, bullying you to buy space you don't need. But stops your workflow constantly asking to upgrade on everything connected - email, files, pictures, etc. Every Google app now crawls because of popups to buy space - and you can't dismiss them for more than a single time and they come back.

Constant bugs that are always new and exciting and annoying as can be. Currently facing an issue where I can't download a file to my phone from Drive, either browser or app. Force stopped, cleared cache, cleared data, updated permissions, reinstalled, logged out and back in, tried different files, mobile data or wifi, absolutely nothing will fix this issue. And this is just the current flavor of the week. I'm sure next week uploads will fail, or sharing will break, etc. etc.

Drive works great on a desktop...but this is the app version and it can't even download files consistently, or keep track of them to download. If you download multiple files it doesn't queue them but tries to do them all at once. It's super buggy and takes forever to show thumbnails. The only reason I use this app is because I don't have another one and I paid for extra storage. It shouldn't take an hour to download ten photos.

While it's useful for keeping files and organization of files, the scanning option to make PDFs needs work. here recently, just about every time I've tried to scan something to make a PDF it freezes after it has me give the file a name and do all that stuff. Unfortunately for me, I need this feature to work to be able to complete school assignments so I'm very affected by this issue, it is also just extremely frustrating to have to continuously scan a paper just for it not to save.

Suddenly cannot open .flac files in any capacity. I've accessed the same files many times before, but now when I select "Open with" it does not offer any available media players, and instead launches to browser and returns an error. The same files can be opened no problem from my computer. Really annoyed to be paying for inadequately accessible storage. And yes, I have already cleared the cache. Please fix.

This app has potential. Unfortunately it doesn't respond to the user interface. Started uploading a music file from my phone, changed my mind and hit "cancel", and nothing happened. I actually ended up disabling the app. Then I enabled it again and it tried to start uploading again. Thankfully this time I was given the option to delete the file, which I had to do. Guys that's WAY TOO STUPID for a company of your status to have an app that doesn't do the simple things. 😔
