This app went above and beyond to solve my problem with remembering to do stuff. I first had to just remember, which did not go well, then I would have to set alarms which were so loud. Then I got introduced to this app. It is amazing, sending silent notifications, while giving the option to repeat and set times. While being able to sort your tasks by categories. LOVE IT!! 11/10 for me, recommend!!!!

Good but just needs search bar... It gets pkaces on my calendar. Awesome! It sends notifications to my phone and I can add details. Also awesome! What's not awesome? Having dozens of tasks, trying to find ONE task that you want to modify delete etc and you have to SCROLL through all of it. Time consumer! Should be more like Google drive or keep. Search should be a simple thing to make this a 5 star app.

It would be a five-star app, but it has this really dumb choice in its design that makes it useless: If you set a task to repeat, it will not show the new instance(s) of the task as "uncompleted" until the day the task is due. If my tasks are hidden under a "completed" menu all week, instead of reminding me to do them before "X" day, it completely defeats the purpose of setting up repeating tasks! Setting this app up was a complete waste of time and now I have to find a better one.

Worthless for it's only job which is to remind you of tasks. When Android blocked apps from delivering full-screen notifications, they become less than garbage at reminding of things. I never missed any reminder before that change & now we get easily missed notifications that can be ¾ down a list of 40 other notifications & they don't stand out at all. A proper task reminder app should have some settings (this app has none) that allow for a full-scrren notification that is impossible to miss!

Overall, I really like this feature and use on my desktop for work all the time. I love having the app and can add on the go when I need to. You can turn an email into a task for later on, which is nice too. The only gripe I have is that if I set a date & time reminder, the reminder pops up once and then just disappears. No audible alert sound. No lasting pop-up or something on my Gmail inbox as an alert that it's still not completed unless I have the tasks view open. When busy you may miss it.

Outstanding from other task is the possiblity to view tasks in self-defined buckets on windows PC app. The syncronisation between PC device and Android phone works perfect. A big downfall is that the search for task has disappeared on android app... This must be returned to search for specific task by keyword, before creating it again... But also for finding a task from a long list for closing it. This is a very simple but essential feature!!! I would give 5 stars then!
