I have always loved this app! It's easy to use on all my devices!(why I give 5 stars). I just wanted to point out the the app has a recent bug/error and won't play any movies I own even if their downloaded. When I click play, the app shuts down unexpectedly, and it says that it needs a bug fix update. Or when the movie's loading it says there was an error. I hope this will get fixed fast so I can get back to watching all my favorite movies! Just wanted to let you know about this.

I really only use this app if I'm without internet, mainly because I have bought numerous shows/movies for me and my son. Unfortunately I've never had a great experience doing so. Downloaded shows don't appear and I often find that I have to re-download them. Movies work alright, but the app tends to back out 30 seconds in and then eventually shuts down. Not very good as a last resort, but works alright with internet

Getting sick & tired of seeing "this title isn't currently available". Plus there are many things in my wishlist, that are no longer available for rent/ purchase. Can only view them now, at some stupid steaming service. And what the hell happened to the zoom in button while watching movies or TV Shows? The default viewing option is too small.

So, you took away the ease of buying movies and shows on Google Play... Ok. Then you took away the ability to purchase movies and shows on a the YouTube app on a TV... Ok. Now I just noticed you took away the ability to use Google rewards cash towards movies if you don't have the full amount. I'm not sure why you guys seem to think user friendly apps need to be removed or changed to something that is more difficult to use than the previous iteration but keep it up. I'll be over at HBO and Prime.

I love that different movies and shows become free at various times, that's how I discover people and shows I may not have paid attention to before. However, the pricing on most of them are high. For example, most of the movies made before I was born still cost 9.99. Another thing is, I hate that I have to go to YouTube on my smart TV to watch what I have purchased. There is no rhyme or reason to the order they put your purchases on there.

Your product is mediocre at best. I own android platforms and windows computers and these apps consistently fall short of their counterparts from other major companies. I tend to buy/rent for the convenience of the paltform but I'm often more disappointed than I am impressed. If there was a more convenient platform out there for Android, I'm sure more people would use it.
