About this app

Pakistan Citizen Portal is an integrated citizens grievance redressal system connecting all government organizations both at federal and provincial levels. The system will serve as carrier of complaints to their respective offices across all over Pakistan. Eventually, the citizen feedback will be linked to an officer’s performance and promotion. The App will serve as complementary channel between citizen and government.

1. interface is not very user- friendly. one can't go back a step to rectify things while filing a complaint. if one goes back, his draft complaint won't be saved. 2. A permissions bug is stopping pics from uploading 3. while writing a complaint , the keyboard hides the text area. so one can't read what is being typed. 4. no action being taken on clicking the withdraw omplaint option. 5. No search bar on the top of institutions page to quickly find and select the relevant desired institution.

I have been facing serious issues with this app. I am unable to access my account as OTPs never arrive, and there is no proper way to report or resolve technical problems. Neither the official email nor the helpline provides any response, and there seems to be no dedicated support system for complaints against the app itself, its employees, or technical/development issues. An application of this importance should have a reliable complaint-handling mechanism and a responsive support team.

Good experience but now the application does not have access to all media files as i gave full permission but the application automatically selects the limited access. Maybe there is a Bug in the application.Further no pdf open from the application that comes from the department

This is a useless application, no problem gets resolved, should be upgraded, and not even a FIR could be registered on it, a big fail! Even the profile photo cannot be updated, due to some issue in it!

I have submitted my complaint but now cannot see the attachment as the app give an error in downloading the attachment. I tried and re-installed app, but still the problem persist. you are requested to remove the subject error please.

The application is very helpful to address the issues to concerned authority and resolve the issues... tech error / fault occurred when opening the application and taking a long time for opening application.... please resolve the issue at priority.....
