Once I figured out my videos had to be on the internal memory all went well. Initially I couldn't get the share option will not work on my S10+, but no issues selecting from the app. Hides all my sensitive things as long as I know what file they are in. The share option now has the Video Locker on it. I have no idea as to why it wasn't initially. I did make some settings but not sure that is why. Oh well it works good. Purchased the lifetime option. Photo Locker was too much.

used to be good but now every time you play a video there's a minute long ad. The worst part is it's the same ad over and over and over. they're basically extorting you to have to pay for the premium so you don't see the stupid ads. I've been using this for a long time and there never was ads like that. every two or three or four times you play a video there'd be a short ad now it's every time and their long as hell! look into replace it with another app!

I have been using this app for years. Now I can't access my videos again, I have tried reinstalling the app, moving the hidden files to the new storage location nothing works. I have sent several emails with no reply. Please fix this issue ASAP and I can revert to a better rating. I can't access precious moments I captured anymore!

Similar to the other reviewers, my app stopped working recently. Steps I used to recover my data: - copy the .VL hidden folder to a PC. This folder contains your encrypted videos and a .dat file - setup an android emulator that has the ability to transfer data to the same PC. Android 9 worked for me - transfer the .VL folder and a VideoLocker APK to the emulated android filesystem - install and run the emulator's VideoLocker and pick recover, then decrypt your files and transfer them to your PC

It used to be a 5 star, but in the last 2 months, my app keeps crashing when i go to open it. I can't view or even get to any of my videos. Sent email to support and no reply. I would delte, but i will lose all my videos. Ugh!! I'm hoping they fix it soon.

I am using this app since long like years but from last few days when i am trying to open the app it is giving me the error that "Please restart your Device for new version" however i have restarted my device several times too but its useless. sent emails to support as well, but no one is replying. All we trusted on this app and saved our precious moments and important videos. kindly solve this issue as soon as possible without losing our data so that 5 stars will be reverted back.
