HealthForYou is your fitness tracking app that enables you to use the functionalities of your wearable to track your activity. With its core functionality to help you track your steps and stay connected, HealthForYou is your perfect companion device app to make sure you stay active, healthy and connected.
The activity area helps you to make sure that you walk enough steps every day and that your body moves enough. You also have the option to enable smartphone alerts for your activity tracker. This will give you call and SMS alerts as well as notifications from your messenger services directly to your tracker so you can stay connected throughout the day.

I have bought a scale (SBF77) and it is supposed to measure all kinds of things like bone mass and water percentage, however, most times it does not. I can only reliably get it to measure my weight. Any old scale can do that. On top of that it takes forever to connect the app to the scale, if it even can find it. Not worth the money.

Looking at other reviews we have similar feedback, the scales work but don't give all measurements unless you have programmed each user into the device and we never figured out how to do this properly, too complicated and instructions poor. The app doesn't always link up with the device and when it does the readings don't come onto the phone and there are no settings we can find to make this work. It will be going back to Lidl.

well, what can i say. bought this scale, set it all up and it worked for the first weigh in. decided to add husband, wouldn't read his weight or anything, reset the scales, reinstalled the app and guess what? ITS NOT WORKING AT ALL NOW!! only does my weight but nothing else. saying its connected to phone but it does not sync data. it will not let me open help section to find out what is happening. very upset customer for the price i paid 😟

I bought the watch (SAS87) and it connected to the app fine. My issue is the watch is based on steps but only counts them if you are outdoors, so if you walk all day in work it doesn't count them so it is pretty poor really. Also the app does not allow you to add other exercises such as 40 minutes on an exercise bike so it is a waste of time and money. Avoid, I wish I had.

This app is really bad, I've seen high school students doing better. How does a company make something like this and then sells it? I can not track my heart rate while I train (I'm talking about graphs, to see my averages along the day). The fit band is not configured to read UTF8 character set encodings, so when there's a foreign character it doesn't show it. There are graphs on the app, but you're supposed to give input by hand, instead of having the input from the fit band (what??).

App not very functional with Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra. When I bought the blood pressure monitoring device, SBM 70, everything worked fine. Took my blood pressure, app synchronized, and everything was good. Later, the app would not synchronize with the blood pressure monitor. So I added my results manually. Today, I tried again, wouldn't synchronize. So I went to manually add in results, and it wouldn't even let me do that. Un-installed. Blood pressure monitor works great, though!
