This app sucks it keeps asking me for a login to verify my account and I've already had the itinerary and booking and everything and it won't let me cancel an itinerary there's just no way to cancel it anywhere in the app . It just keeps routing around in circles and you can't get anywhere . It'll let your book trips fine . Just not cancel them.

You can't use more than one gift card at a time. My wife and I used our healthcare rewards to get gift cards for a nicer hotel. We have three kids and both work full time so we don't book many hotels. There also doesn't seem to be a way to save a gift card to your account, at least not intuitively. I couldn't pair a gift card with their rewards program, one key cash. I had a 15 reward as part of a promotional deal. I understand this is all in their service agreement, but it's backhanded.

You have to pay extra to have the option to make changes to your reservation. EVEN if you are trying to upgrade and pay more. I understand if its for people trying to cancel or making changes last minute. Calling a month in advance I need to make my room bigger just paying more, there is plenty of time (shows on actual hotel website the upgraded room is available for the date I have). NOPE, had to pay the extra $ at the time of checkout to be eligible for changes. their call center is in India.

We've been relying on this great app to consistently beat, or at least match, the rates of any other hotel-discount site. Browsing to booking is intuitive, informative, and super simple. I also appreciate the option to include a note with the booking, so that special requests, info, etc. can be sent to the hotel ahead-of-time. Honestly, the "walk-in rate" at the hotel (or the hotel's app, if any) may be better, esp. the day of your stay, but this app is always our first stop.

The guest rating filter should be check boxes and not radio buttons. If I want to do a search for hotels that have a guest rating of 8 and 9, I want to be able to check both boxes so I can do the search simultaneously. Also no split screen. This is horrible considering the app times out when on the phone with customer service and you have to go back and forth to enter information or give information to customer service.

In dropping my rating by another star. This app and company just keep getting worse and worse. I need to contact our upcoming hotel, but the feature to contact the hotel through the app hasn't been working for the last week. There also seems to be no way to get help from a human anymore, there is just an AI bot that can't do anything beyond cancel a booking. I'm in an awful hotel, so bad that I've had to leave in the middle of night, and I can't get any assistance with a refund.
