it is an EXTREMELY PUSHY marketing strategy to the point that they start spamming the users of the app with 100 calls a day. the moment you add some tests to cart you get unbelievable number of calls from their so called "executives" and they don't know one thing other than FORCING you to buy their whole body packages, even when you straight up say THAT IT'S NOT REQUIRED.

Spamming Customer Care It is a good service but they will send your 2-3 notifications daily and if you click any of them even by mistake or with curiosity on the test, their sales CRM triggers calls and they will trouble you to take the test. Opening an app notification isn't showing interest. This happens every time and forces you to delete the app as well.

Worst Diagnostic app, there is no support at all, they will give huge offers to trap the customers once your payment is done, there won't be any response. I was told that I will get a doctor's free consultation,after the reports came, there was no consultation, even urine samples were not collected after I was told to get a sample in the cup and the technician never showed up again, when I tried to contact customer support,they never picked up the call.

Although the service provided by this app is quite commendable and the pricing is very competitive, users should exercise caution when engaging with it. I found that the company frequently bombards users with phone calls, and if you fail to pick up, they follow up relentlessly with a barrage of messages on platforms like WhatsApp and SMS. This persistent and intrusive approach comes across as highly unprofessional, as it appears their primary focus is on boosting sales.

Overall a great Experience. This was my family's first full body comprehensive checkup. They have given a discount too. 1. The phlebotomist was on time and the sample collection was done perfectly. 2. The reports are on time and online tracking of reports is also great. 3. The consultation /Counciling was excellent and they suggested some ayurvedic medicines too 4. Delivery of medicines was on time. Need to check the effectiveness of the medications.

Extremely disappointed with their service! I booked a blood test for 8:30 am, but the person collecting the sample informed me they'd be half an hour late and abruptly disconnected the call. Despite multiple attempts, the helpline executives were unhelpful, putting me on hold or disconnecting the call. This is the second time I've experienced the same issue, making it a truly terrible experience
