App shows blank screen during appointment I tried joining a scheduled appointment, but the page only shows a blank screen with a back button. There’s no option to join the call, which caused me to miss an important consultation. Please fix this issue urgently and improve the call joining process.

App is trying to access lot of personal information. it needs write access to storage, medial files, location, bluetooth, camera, contact list, phone , audio. Fun part is that, unlike other apps, you can't customize access and need to accept all. else the app will not be installed. I see other reviewers complaining same, where Jio responds back with their email Id. But I see even after a year, their access requirement is unchanged. That means they are not ready to make any amendment

everything is working fine but whenever I tried to Doctor Consultation in corporate health benefits didn't get any doctor available except emotional wellness category.

why can't you add basic health parameter like tracking weight? if you have to compete with apps like healthifyme , you should first track the basics. Even the trendline graph for health patri for recording Fasting blood sugar doesn't work because adding a new entry updates the last entry

App is not working properly . Everytime i try to book a vaccination slot, error popup with server related issue and it pushes you to try to book another slot. Slot is visible but cant book. Would request to stabilize app first and only then open vaccination slots and release mail communication. Its very frustrating for end user otherwise.
