Suddenly I can't call my international friends or contact them (through imo). it used to be fine until a few days ago when this started happening. I'm very frustrated so please fix it now because half of my contacts are international. It would a lot to me if you fixed it right away. Also, it seems that many people are also having the same problem as me so I'm sure they would appreciate it too. Thanks for reading this & please fix this problem right away. 😣

Imo use to be one of the best apps for communicating. It surpassed what's app, messenger. There were fewer dropped calls, sound quality was fantastic, video superb.What happened is beyond me. No more contacts, calls or video chats. I miss it tremendously, when it came to my friends in other countries. Hope whatever the problem is; it will soon be resolved..

while I can make stable phone calls using imo, I can never know when the app is working. Recent update has disabled the program. So, every time I open the program, it takes me to the "Update" page and I click on Update and without anything happening, the program starts working. Thus, I am not receiving any phone calls and keep getting Missed calls.

I switched phones and now Imo requires an American phone number. there's no selectable option to use numbers from other countries despite the fact that I was using this app for nearly six months before changing phones. now it's completely useless--and I needed it for work. if it's a bug, it needs to be fixed. if it's on purpose, then I suppose Imo doesn't care about international clientele.

The first version was better. It allowed you to add certain chats to your home screen. This one asked if I wanted a shortcut created, I said yes and I can't find where it is. I can no longer select no sound or vibrate only as an optional ringtone. I went to settings, unchecked the sound box, and it still makes a sound when I receive notifications. I just may have to remove it altogether if these things are not fixed.

Come on IMO! You have one thing going for you and that's the ability to see the other person's typing in real time before they hit send. It adds an element of closeness that is missed in other texting apps. However, IMO constantly cuts off longer messages! Whyyy? You never know what or when it will happen. This makes IMO barely able to be used unless you know every message will be short. But that's ridiculous.
