Worst delivery app I've ever used in the whole world! We made around 8 orders so far none of them was delivered correctly! All orders were missing items sometimes even the main item of the order. Support was so not helpful and unprofessional! It's a big scamming delivery company they should be ashamed of themselves for the service they provide. On top of all of this all vouchers they give as a way to resolve the issue, are not working.

Horrible. If could give 0 stars I would. We ordered food and it never arrived. Yet was marked delivered. The customer service was no help at all. They just kept saying the food was delivered, and we told them at least 20 different times that it never came to us. This back and forth lasted over two hours and they haven't done anything to fix it. No refund. No second order placed to rectify the issue. Nothing. Absolutely no help. And I refuse to order the same thing twice and have to pay double.

Hands down the worst food delivery app in all of Turkey! The customer support is very bad and very rude and super useless.. After using it for 1 month, 4 times I received the wrong order or missing items and every time I complain to the support it takes them 3 days to issue a refund or even consider solving it.. Most of them are useless and keep repeating the same sentences "there is nothing I can do, I will transfer your case to another department" and this keeps happening on loop.. DON'T USE

It used to be much better, but I think they have fallen behind lately, orders are always late (multiple orders being delivered by one person at the same time), prices are much higher and u can't reach for help immediately. I think getir is the best now.

It lets you find a restaurant, add all items to a cart, enter delivery and payment details, but fails at the last step as it refuses to lodge the order with an overseas phone number. Waste of time, do not use.

the worst app for food delivery I've ever encountered in my life. Online payments are headache. I've tried so many cards, and it just keeps not accepting any of them without explaining what the actual is, just drops the card, saying, "we couldn't process your credit card, try again". Because of that, vouchers are not applicable whatsoever. They are just there to show you how much of a lower price you would pay if everything was designed properly, but you are the one to pay the difference 😉.
