Gotta unlock different workoutz. Motivates you to do more if you have a favored workout. And gives lots of ideas so you could mix up your own as you can look at exercise guide and it give all steps and details so you could create your own workout plan. Great for me. Ive not been using it for many years and when i did originally on a regular routine i definitely felt stronger all around. Mix in breathwork(chanting/ meditation) followed by a meditation/clearing the mind session of your own 《33

First routine done! I feel exhausted but motivated, with 6 simple exercises plus warm up and cool down exercises. Edit: after 3 routines I can say that I'm really working out, needed to take rest days after every routine because my muscles were in pain, yes I'm the opposite of "in shape", but I'm planing to to do at least 3 routines per week, and then 6 per week, really happy with the app so far

Best workout app ever. The calendar option to keep a track of your workouts is awesome. Also has various varieties of workouts. Better than having a trainer at the gym. Gymming is upto personal will and this app is best for a sustained long term exercise routine.

What an app!! Helped me lose weight, just within 15 days of beginning the work out. Love HIIT program. Would it be possible to add suggestions on its as to how much of weekly repititions for each program.
