Be careful to check the final bill! The company is very cunning that they will display lowest price on google search and within app. Once you made the order, they will increase the item price silently and ask you to pay for the bill. If you don't note the difference you will end up paying more. They give pathetic excuse for not showing right price along with product listing.

I am writing to raise a serious concern regarding my recent order placed on your app. I ordered 3 strips of the same medicine, but was charged different prices for each strip. The invoice does not match the cost breakdown or the quantity delivered. The products delivered are not consistent with what was shown or described in the app at the time of purchase. This is a critical issue, especially since it involves medications, and I expect accurate billing and delivery.

My experience with this app has been very bad. I have ordered twice, and one time they substituted my original medicine with another brand without informing me. Once they change it, we can’t change it back. The order delivery is always delayed — they say on calls that it will be delivered within 2 days, but it never happens. Instead, they only suggest substitutes, and in the end, they cancel the product saying it’s unavailable. Be careful before ordering.

Pros: The prices are so damn low, even without the recent GST cut, and you can find substitute/alternatives that have the same chemical composition but different brand with even lower price! Cons: Their dispatch time is usually higher, definitely not within 48 hours, but you'll get it sooner or later but guess what, you don't have to pay upfront either, the payment window opens only when your order gets dispatched.

There payment system is pathetic. If you choose any particular wallet with not sufficient amount then you can't be able to pay by other means, unless you call customer care. Even there first solution is reorder. And then the big issue is there delivery time, the parcel comes 15 km away from my address, parcel came to my locality 5 am but even after 31 hrs they shifted parcel hare to there and still they not out for delivery 😒. Pathetic pathetic pathetic

not good experience. 1. the price of medicines is not updated real-time 2. when we place order the price is less but after the order is dispatched it increases the final amount 3. courier partner is not reliable, my medicines delayed for 4 days and at the end I had to cancel the order 4. customer support is not very much helpful. they will say that concern is raised but no result. also every time they will ask for 24-48 hrs resolution with no resolution
