I can not believe that you have RUINED what once was a great PDF editor. NEED to go back to the older format, as it is now a complete mess and completely opposite to the user friendly style it once had. i Had been using the app for quite a while now with now issues... Now, after all the changes and updates, I have lost blueprints that I had been working on, and this is has happend to many drawings. I have also lost all of my work on many occasions due to the changes and updates. Such a shame!

I've had this app for several weeks and it was great! Then all of a sudden, 3 days ago it stopped working!! It won't open! I Uninstalled & Installed again...same problem!! You get the title page then it shuts down! What the actual hell??? I need to complete the edit I was working on when the app went to Crashville! What am I supposed to do now? I REALLY don't want to start over in another app. This app is killing me! HELP!! Please fix this ASAP!!

The app was crashing for weeks when opening CS PDF, but glad to see it finally fixed after the latest update. I can log in now and it works smoothly. Sadly, I lost all my old files in the process, which was disappointing. Still, happy the app is working again — hope future updates prevent this kind of issue.

This PDF app is fast, smooth, and easy to use. Reading and annotating documents works great, and it handles large files without lag. It has all the basic tools you need.highlighting,commenting etc. Only small things are missing like better cloud support or a nicer dark mode. Still it does it's job really well.

I have been with CS Scanner for over 10 years, and I learned to trust this company based on that. This app, CSPDF, has failed and was not working for three weeks, and they lost my documents. I cannot trust this app and have lost confidence in this company. It has taken weeks to communicate with the team behind this app. Do not trust your documents to this app if they are important. High chance of loss of documents. I am hoping they do the right thing and find my documents and refund me for this
