My experience on todo has been mostly good, although some sellers have poor customer service skills. They also often mark-up shipping costs outside of Spain to boost their sale price.

sellers sell goods receive money then are missing the products regularly especially in the music category. so you have to look for something else or hope for a refund. they should make sure they have the products before expecting to be paid

Tried to sign up second time in a while. After several attempts, such as PW doesn't match, requiement for user ID isn't correct, finally signed up. Transfered to signing in page & message - incorrect requirements ! Really ? Why make it so complicated? Why not say ahead what to use for ID, Why can't be text seen, when typing a PW for easier matching ? No more 3rd trying, time is valuable to spend on it My requirement is - UN INSTALLATION

Books and printed materials are not honored with special shipping costs in Spain. Shipping charges on the very used & old merchandise (especially books) are outrageous and prohibitive high in Spain and TC. Although quite a few of the sellers accept PayPal, they do so by either charging from 5 to 10% of the price as extra fees or they won't accept the purchase unless the buyer pays all PayPal fees. TC Pay is not better.

So far the app has no complaints except for one.. price conversion. Ive tried everywhere to find info on what the pricing difference is between Euros and the U.S. Dollar amd still cant bid without knowing.

I've ordered old books from this website as long as they have PayPal it's easier to purchase but everyone is very friendly and items received are in excellent condition.
