This is an amazing app! It keeps your medical records, appointments, and reminders, medications, and changes to them and more. All in this 1 app. It would take days or weeks to get medical results before this app. I can usually get my results within 1 day now. I strongly encourage you to try it out. You're certainly not out of anything to download and check it out!

This was a fantastic app. I absolutely loved being able to email my doctor and get a response directly from her, usually that day. Now I can't even use it. For months it hasn't worked. After opening it and attempting to sign in with biometrics, it just crashes, over and over again. I thought the recent update would fix it. No joy. It didn't do anything. What gives? I've already updated it prior to now. Nothing changed. Update 09.2025 The app has worked much better since it was updated.

Pros: Gives easy access to vitals/test results, with info of what the normal range should be for those results. Can request appointments, but that feature is only valuable if the office sees it and responds to the request. There's a health journal feature to keep track of symptoms that can be emailed to your doctor. Has a messaging feature to correspond with providers. Cons: The only way to respond to providers when a message is received is to start a new message - there's no reply button.

Frustrating lack of two-way communication. If you message your provider team and they reply with another question, you have to answer with a whole new message, cannot reference the original message. There is no way to simply reply back and forth to ongoing Q&A, quite a hassle. Also, there is no way to send attachments from other providers, pharmacies, etc., to your provider in this App (other medical apps allow this). Lastly, difficult or impossible to get billing detail or copies.

It's great to be able to read results, reports that also have the appropriate medical links available, so I can get any and all medical information I need to be a better and better informed patient! I can also schedule, reschedule appointments, request medication refills, AND I can also send a message to my providers, at any time, without phone call !! I'm sure this app could do a lot more for me, but at this time I'm limited in learning more -thanks to a careless driver, my vision is impaired.

I would sure like some better instructions with this app. I get notifications that there are new clinical items to my record, but when I go to search for him I see the exact same things every time like my medications and my conditions. There are no new notes I can find at all. It's only good for messaging your provider and suddenly one of my providers is no longer on the drop-down list when I go to send a message. Really need some clear instructions on how to use this app!!
