Jazz has started a filthy game. My balance ran off just 3 days after recharge. I went straight to check my subscriptions on the aap. To my surprise, I was subscribed to a useless game service and they were charging me Rs. 10 on a daily basis. I also found some other subscriptions I never thought subscribe to. I then tried to unsubscribe them one by one. But, the offer that cuts 10 rupees daily cannot be yet unsubscribed due to their lame excuse of technical issues. I am gonna switch soon.

Continued pathetic experience, with *non-caring* customer service... Since this is the only way to really get notice, I relate that my earlier complaint was addressed & money transferred back (owing to wrong deduction for package subscription by this app, which never actually got subscribed). However, services I never subscribed to were still added like last week & charges deducted. Customer service guy had no recompense... Fitting way to treat a loyal customer! Best regards, in retrospect...

This is a really well made app, it's really easy on the eyes and overall a good experience to use, so it's surprising there aren't proper filters for the packages by price and duration, rather than vague named ones.

Please don't use this app. In fact, if possible, avoid Jazz at all costs. Even after 23 years of association with them, they refused to reimburse the FRAUDULENT charges on my account and then went on to block my sim. When I complained, they quickly marked it as resolved. This happened for 08 straight days. best of all? they gaslight you. said they never received any complaints! Beware. Theyve outsourced their billing to Mindhive and I have doubts the over billing may be a business decision

very bad experience, I've the balance and it start decreasing i was so worried then i see that it automatically subscribed the service and detecting my balance i unsubscribed it and it happened again and again if it happens again I'll uninstall it and i subscribe 2 packages in which one is active and other is not friends gup shup package of 2 hours and it's been 1 and half and my package is not working waste of money and time, I've tried too many times but it doesn't work.

Report a complaint, and they close it showing status issue resolved where as the issue is same n the SMS service still not working. contacted their helpline and email also from last 5/6 days but they keep telling stories only not solving the issue. The worst network service i have ever seen in the world where you can't get an SMS after 6 days of complaints on all the different platforms provided. Missing my warid network.
