without doubt the most annoying app I've ever used. crashes everytime in the checkout stage. takes an age to add to the basket or remove items. says items in the basket are unavailable but doesn't tell you which ones. just the worst functioning app ever and it has actually lost jd a lot of custom from me personally because it's almost impossible to checkout successfully

Very annoyed! Charged me (pending payment) via PayPal pay-in-3, however, the order did not go through properly, because this app was asking me to enter my mobile phone number after checkout (I assume for tracking info or something), but there was nowhere to enter my number!

Tried ordering several items and paying via PayPal, unfortunately all I received was a continuous loop from the app to PayPal again, despite taking ££££ from my bank account, I still fail to successfully order my items..in fact, money has been taken from my bank account over 3 times for the same items, hence my low star score rating.

I shop regularly with JD both online and in stores (sometimes I like to see an item before I order. However I have recently experienced lots and lots of technical issues with the JD app freezing or not being fast enough. Please improve this JD as I love shopping with you 🙏🏻

Using the JD app in the 25th century feels outdated. The performance is frustratingly slow, constant lags and freezes take away from the shopping experience. In an era where speed and efficiency should be standard, this app struggles to keep up. Browsing products, checking out, and even basic navigation feel unnecessarily delayed. Overall, the app needs major performance improvements and optimization to match modern expectations. Until then, it falls far short of being user-friendly.
