changing rating from 5 to 1 star. because it's sort of scam. I brought sonyliv and fancode membership through this app, thinking it's much cheaper. but there are only 3 settings while watching videos ie low medium and high. low and medium are unwatchable. it's very poor. and when I shift to auto or high,it's eat up my data like anything. this is sort of scam. I don't have wifi or 5G.

I’ve been really disappointed with JioTV lately.The app used to work fine, but now it keeps buffering, crashing, or just refuses to load channels properly. Even with a stable internet connection, the streams either freeze or show error messages. The interface feels cluttered and slow, and navigating to the right channel sometimes takes too long. It’s frustrating because the app has good potential with a wide range of channels, but the poor performance makes it almost unusable. Definitely needs.

Very bad experience for the last few weeks. There are continuous ads playing - Fairplay, sony Liv programs etc. I cannot skip the ads as there is no option for this, and it keeps on repeating. I can only see the ads and hear both ads & serials playing in the background. I have paid for the subscription for 30 days & regret doing this. Please look into the matter ASAP. You have taken money & not giving us proper services.

(My phone- OnePlus 5t) I've been using Jio TV for quite a long time now and my experience has been quite good. However, recently,I don't know for what reason, the just refuses to scroll down and gets stuck on the 1st page. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but haven't succeeded in overcoming the problem yet. I'm able sto search for the particular app and use it but is quite difficult and not the easiest of jobs to do. I don't if this is a problem just with my phone but I hope it

why so many advertisement in middle and there is no option to skip and continue advertisement plays for 15 to 20 min and half the program goes in advertisement and both the serial and advertisement sound mixes and all of the sudden sound goes off and then I have to close the channel and again watch 15 to 20 min advertisement to get sound. please do something

HORRIBLE app. Hangs up. Won't connect. Kicks you out when watching it. Truly the worst glitchy app... You can’t skip the theme song, the ads are unnecessarily long, can't pause, and when you go back, it starts from the beginning. It's very glitchy and their customer service is horrible. It defies physics by both sucking and blowing at the same time...
