This app was always a bit fussy to get connected to my watch, but once connected it worked and worked well. However, with the latest update I'm getting the same "illegal device" error reported by others and can't do much with the watch or the app in the disconnected state. It's disheartening to see many others with the same problem and no response from devs for two weeks. Guess I've got another abandoned dinosaur electronic device. It was fun while it lasted.

It's an ok app. The biggest frustration is that it doesn't automatically sync itself with the watch. Steps are fine, but it doesn't download sleep or sports data unless I manually hit the sync button. If I forget, that data is lost. The second biggest frustration is that you can't export the data. You can share a screen shot, but there's no way to get the numbers. And there is no scale on the heartbeat chart, so I have no idea when my heart beat went up or down.

The app doesn't always sync with my phone. The instructions and "help" button on the app need to be written by someone who KNOWS AND UNDERSTANDS English. I got the QS90 as a gift and I like being able to see who's calling and my text message previews. But my steps, sleep, and activity are rarely transfered to the app automatically. The sleep tracker doesn't always. work. The main issue is that the instructions were written by someone who doesn't understand English.

Scam! Will not notify you of phone calls, SMS notifications, fb notifications, etc. I've gone through all the settings on my phone multiple times. All access is granted. This is only a fitness tracker. A glorified pedometer. There is no way to contact FunDo with questions. Do not buy their watch! What was supposed to be an awesome birthday gift turned in to a major disappointment.

The biggest thing I see everyone having is the sleep tracker doesn't work and unfortunately it's the same thing with my smart bracelet as well. but the bloodpressure, clock, outside temperature works great, but you do have to carry your phone with you at all times if not you have to reset it all over by you phone app. sometimes the watch does have a mind of its own. good thing this was just a Christmas gift and I don't have to waste money but it was a nice thoughtful gift :)

i have a blu view 5 phone and when I go to add device on the more page of the app it runs just great until the end. A white box shows illegal. I was trying to get results since I used the watch all day and night. it showed no reports! I'm sorry but I'm giving this 1 star. this is a bad product. I'm throwing my watch in the garbage. it is exactly what you pay for, very very cheap and a waste of money!!! total garbage!!!! won't be buying one again!
