The app asks too much private info. I get that DOB is useful for promotional benefits, but what does my gender, my occupation, and my marital status got to do with buying a milk tea? Pick up time is only available every 30 min, I think it's too long. I ordered at 7.20, but the nearest pick up time slot is only available at 8.00. I had to wait for 40min when there was actually no queue at that time. So buying via app was pointless. I think 10-15 min would be decent, it should be fixed.

Unreliable. Everyone who uses this app, please take note: you cannot do split bill using voucher and other payment in the app. Such thing should be fixed. When I complained to the CS, they told me I should not do split bill. Well, how can I know? No one write about that limitation in the app. Silly implementation, need lots of improvement please.

Your payment verification is suck! Already use this app for ordering many times; but always. Always. Have a problem with shopeepay. IDK if this problem is from shopi or this app. But I beg for a solution, like canceling payment if there's a problem, so maybe I could choose another payment option. It just shows pay with virtual account but no number??? Smh. This app just makes me wait for 10min before I can make another order again Edit: using this app again in 2023 and now it works!

From the first time i use this there's always something wrong with the app. From keep logging out from profile, difficult to open app, keep crashing, etc. Now i used the newest app, still the same, and worst part everytime i open my profile to use barcode member they're keep stopping and force close. How can i use this app properly, plese fix everything. And also, this app feels like sooooo looong to open and heavy to use.

I think this app still need some time to go on trial and error, because there are so much internal error pops out whenever i click into something, and most of all my order can't be processed although the payment succeed and my money got deducted. There are no explainable about how to process the return money. A bit disappointed.

This app cannot refund your money if the merchant cancels it. Instead, they will refund it via voucher which is you can only use it once and can't cash out. For example, if I order something at 20rb and get canceled by the merchant, I only receive refund 20rb as a voucher. And if I order something for 18rb using my refund voucher (20rb), there's no 2rb change. Obviously this is a ridiculous policy that I've never found in any similar application.
