This app is often extremely ineffective and frustrating. It constantly buffers, even on a strong wifi signal, and will often say that it is not connected to the internet while you are actively watching videos. the videos won't register as completed until it decides you have internet, which makes it very difficult to track what you have and haven't finished.

It needs some work. You can not speed up the voice when you cast on the TV. The video does not always register in the app when casting. I have to watch chapters over and over because they did not register. Also sometimes the quizzes do not register when I have taken them. I have had to take them also over and over to register. Needs work!

Very frustrating, especially since I've paid for the premium service. Developers, please fix whatever is giving me way more spinny circle than watchable video. I've tried downloading the videos, I've switched the quality to medium. I have no problems with any other streaming video platform. I have limited time each day to watch these lessons and improve my skills. No time for spinning circle interruptions. Please fix it.

They've included a larger number of courses that were on other learning platforms and rebranded them. The problem is so many are outdated or low quality. My biggest issue is the price isn't justified for the amount of high quality original content. I think you're way better off saving your money and looking for sales on individual courses in other platforms or wait until you have time to binge watch a bunch of courses and issue for just one month.

The videos are good and educational. The issue I have is that after a few lessons completed, I was no longer able to add a new skill or lesson to my profile. I reached out to tech support and appeared to receive a response from a bot. I was instructed to uninstall and reinstall the app to fix the problem and it didn't resolve the issue. When responding again about the unsatisfactory results, they closed the ticket.

After watching listening to a few courses, I've discovered that often times the app will at first register the completion of a particular portion of the course but then as I progress, the progress may be undone on one or multiple portions. I use this for recertification credits and this is really frustrating because I then have to replay parts I've already heard in order to get the appropriate credits.
