I loved the app and how it is easy to use and for other family members to see pictures without sending them individually. However, it doesn't work for a low-budget family, with only the 1G free storage. Unless you have the money for it, there's only about 12-18 months of storage to use. Just keep it in mind... it's free until you use 1G of storage (for me, my baby was 6.5 months old when I used my gig, posting about 1-5 pictures almost daily)

Nice concept but key features removed after years of use. I signed up for this because you could download all the content anytime you want if you wanted to back it up. But I've reached out to the customer service team several times and they just keep saying that is not available now you can only download per day...which would take me too long to even attempt since I've used this so much for years, even paid for VIP! False advertising, not happy.

I love that I can put just a few of the best pics of my little boy in one app, instead of having 1000 in my gallery. my favorite part is when I'm loading pics, the app tells me which are already loaded. i do wish that storage was unlimited. i'm too cheap to buy more. at least for the price they're charging.

this app should be free in some way you should not have to pay for this... it's ridiculous that all the baby album apps are charging now. it's very hard for us moms to keep track of our babies photos because people are so greedy.

I've been a paying client since the start. I chose this app when my daughter was born BECAUSE I could download a local full resolution copy of all the data uploaded to the app (pictures AND captions). It came as a static webpage + folders with all my pictures sorted and dated. It was fantastic. HOWEVER, without warning, this feature was removed and now I have to NO WAY to download my full data apart from clicking in each photo and downloading - VERY TEDIOUS and doesn't include the captions. Used to love it lots and I'm a paid user. however, photos are very difficult to backup. download function is available, but after a couple of downloads, they fail erroneously. subscription is annual, so be warned that you will be faced with the choice of either losing all your photos or perpetually subscribing year on year. subscribers should be hooked because it's a great app, rather than by captivity. very disappointing, imho.
