Used to be a really good comprehensive (quick) way to plan a route or check transport problems on the go. Now, you open the app and get an unskippable advert. Which continues. And continues. And continues. You then give up. Terrible user experience, yet another example of a decent app selling out and becoming unusable overnight.

Disgusting use of pop up adds. if you are trying to use this app on the go, you will be forced to miss your connection while watching a no skip video. uninstalled after years of use. Enshitified App.

Having a bus and tube app is invaluable if you live in London. The functionality of this one is ok, but I got hacked off by the lengthy video advertising. I have switched to Bus Countdown where that isn't a problem and I find the app more intuitive anyway.

Shows the London Underground Map which is great, And even when the bus arrives which is the problem this is why I'm giving it a 4 starts instead of 5 because it just sometimes is incorrect and for example it says 3min But we wait around 8min. This app is still not that bad it has a plan your journey to.

More interested in making sure you can't ignore the many ads than providing a good clear inclusive service for customers. Does not take account of Overground NR routes and instead of delivering the most direct route will show routes that are slower but less crowded. Does not show options just one suggestio
