The Customer support is really poor. I had called their customer support to clarify on the premium amount, they mentioned the amount is slightly lower than what is shown on the app and said they will send a new payment link. No link was shared. Three times this repeated and the 4th time they said the app amount is the correct one. Since the customer support number is not free, I spend about Rs. 100 and 45 mins of time just for them to confirm that the online price is correct. The app works ok

Today's update to the app is done. But when you try to open the app once again you get a pop up for update. When update is clicked, takes you to Play store and you see the app with only uninstall and open buttons. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Same loop once again. Never ending loop. Unable to open the app. Updated on 26 Aug : Working now. Not the first time such things are happening. No one tests before and after deployment??? Like others say lags, sometimes doesn't respond says yr policy expird

The app has no support for tests which has been booked, paid for and then cancelled. The insta support feature of the app just has options for claim renewal, new policy, application status. The bookings page has a support number which is of visit health. The customer support team does not solve the issue but pushes it by lying that they have raised an issue. Without solving the issue they abruptly disconnect the call.

Extremely frustrating experience. I purchased a family policy from Niva Bupa. In the app, my wife and daughter’s names are incorrectly ,even though the policy documents have the correct names. Because of this, your health check-up partner refused to provide the service. I’ve called customer care multiple times , requested to raise a ticket and resolve issue immediately— no one helped, no one instrested. If you can't resolve such basic issues, how can customers trust you during real emergencies?

Worst experience!!! Here are the reasons: 1. very poor explanation on key options like when you can reimbursement and when you can't. When I claimed for reimbursement they denied it saying the avail feature is only applied with cashless options, and I don't understand why a customer can't claim later. 2. Unsatisfactory explanation from the customer support. I know it's not their fault because they can only do what is in their limit but only "Sorry" is not going to help the customer like me.

I am trying to book annual health checkup from last 7 days, but it's showing an error as "no slot". I thought there might be some glitch on the app but it not resolved from last week and also I tried to update the app still the issue is same....Requesting to the developer to look into the issue and resolve.
